Heading out to the lake?  Make sure you drop by Kayman's Deli on Hudson Bend Road.  Forget about making the sandwiches yourself, pick up a number of deli sandwiches for your day on the water.  As a matter of fact, that's a large part of their business. (filling the needs of lake picnics on the shore or on the boat)

Kayman's makes a variety of tasty sandwiches using Boars Head cold cuts and cheeses.  They also make salads, burgers, breakfast and pastries.  They believe that using quality meats and cheeses is a key element in bringing smiles to the faces of their lake area customers, and we agree.

A couple of our favorites...  the Kayman's Club which is made with turkey, guacamole, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato, generously portioned within toasted double decker wheat bread.  This subtle twist on the classic club makes brings a little more flavor to the table.  Another recommended sandwich is the Italian Supremo.  It starts off with the items you might expect (given its name) like ham, salami, provolone, and Italian dressing but made in a grilled white roll that is made from scratch in house.

There's pretty much something for everybody on the menu, Ruebens, Veggie, Meatball, Pastrami and more in the sandwich department.  If you're out there in time for breakfast you'll find omelets, pancakes, breakfast tacos and even biscuits & sausage gravy. (breakfast goes all the way till 1:30 on the weekend)

Kayman's also specializes in pastries. (it's kind of their passion)  These are the good kind of pastries like mom used to make.  Delicious, moist banana nut bread, cakes, croissants, pies, cookies and still more.  They do cater special events, and would make a great place to buy your next birthday cake.

This is a small deli and bakery, in a small shopping center on the left side of Hudson Bend Road about halfway between Hwy 620 and Carlos and Charlie's.  We are confident that you'll love the small town feel, and the friendly personal touch they put into everything.
